Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis and will be treated fairly and reasonably. We stand behind our products, and it is our goal to ensure our customers a fully satisfied.
Some of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product arrives faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund within 30 calendar days of your notified delivery date. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Must be in the original packaging.
For online orders, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. (We do not accept refunds if you change your mind).
Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items not eligible for returns:
Items that are on sale or discounted
Any item not in its original condition, has been used, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They are estimated in business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Once an item is sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control.

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Items typically arrive within 7-12 business days upon order confirmation.
Please not that if you ordered multiple items, you may receive items in separate shipments.
We currently ship worldwide! We ship through USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority International Shipping. Rates are dependent on size and distance.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
